Spirit Education Foundation selects a theme each year that coincides with the implementation of their Mentorship program The 2023 theme is VOICE, an opportunity for voices to be heard, and to stop and listen to the voices of others. Our voice is audible but can also be inaudible. We hope to encourage scholars in 2023 to use their audible voice and cyber inaudible voices to bring about positive change in their communities. To filter out some of the voices that can easily cloud their goals. We created an acronym for VOICE that highlights Values, Opportunities, Inclusion, Character and Excellence. These will form the base of 2023’s mentorship program.
